Top 5 Faves of the Moment - Fall 2013
These are some of my favorite products this fall! I find myself constantly reaching for them and I love them all.
Edward Bess Berry Chic Palette
This palette was my splurge and I have to say, I really love it. The berry colors all complement each other perfect and you can make both a very subtle or very dramatic look. It has a cream blush, a highlighter, four eyeshadows and two lip colors (all with a light berry scent). The eyeshadows themselvse are very pigmented and buttery. My only complaint is that the highlighter is too sheer, but otherwise, this is such a luxurious and lovely palette. (I try to wear it as much as I can!)
$75 per palette
This mascara has completely won me over. It makes my lashes look like doll lashes, almost like I’m wearing falsies. It thickens, volumizes, lengthens, everything! You have to be slightly careful of clumping, but with the right technique, this mascara is a dream. (I still love my Clump Crusher, though!)
$25 per tube
Tarte Lipsurgence Lip Tints
I have an in-depth review of this set already, but I must reiterate how much I love these colors and the product as a whole. They’re long-lasting, pigmented and super lovely. I only wish they also stained my lips, similar to Revlon’s balm stains. The set I bought was also a total steal, when you compare its price against the actual product!
$34 for above set, $24 per lip tint
Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask
I abuse my hair a lot (mainly with my hair dryer) and I knew I needed to take better care of it. This weekly mask is enough to restore some moisture and shine to my hair. You only need to use a little bit and it’s super hydrating without weighing down my very fine hair.
$7 per tub
Yes To Blueberries Ultra Hydrating Body Wash
I really like the Yes To Blueberries line (I use their facial wipes) and this body wash is great if you tend to have really dry skin when the weather gets cold. It keeps my skin pretty hydrated and has a nice scent, too.
$9 per bottle
